Hi, just wondering if anyone knows the hours GMs operate.
I gather it's not round the clock support for certain issues at least. Most of the time when I've had a problem with the game, the message says "6th in queue" for hours on end, then I log out and get an email the following morning. I'm on Oceania, by the way. This isn't a complaint, just an honest question on what times I can expect coverage by the gm crew and in regard to what type of issues.
