GM response times

Has anyone had any luck paging a GM lately? I know it is the holidays and all but I have tried on 4 different occasions and been left waiting 3-4 hours each time with no response

I don't usually page GMs but I notice we now don't even get a message where in the cue we are - is that normal now?

I got a message from a GM from a page I made about 2 weeks ago or more. By then I had everything taken care of and no longer needed help. He was nice though.

We used to get a message telling us where we were in the queue, but that has been gone for a long time now. On the rare occasions when I've paged, I usually didn't have to wait very long, but you never know these days.

I paged a GM last week got a message on my email DAYS later... What happened to response times?

This is pathetic..... thankfully what I paged on I really didn't need immediate help for.

Yeah, not sure when these changes went through but it's awful now. I paged a GM, noticed that I never got an update after 45 minutes, thought something might be wrong so I clicked the help button but instead of getting a message telling me that I was already in the queue (like it used to), instead it just let me enter another request. I gave up waiting logged off and figured I would try another day. So I tried again the next day, waited three hours. Tried again the day after that...still nothing. Finally about a week later I was logged in, hadn't entered a help request, but get a message from a GM asking if now was a good time!? So, apparently there is no feedback on how long your wait time is, but once you file a request it stays in the queue forever instead of kicking you out when you log off. Yuck, what a horrible system.

This one is good..my bonded beetle went haywire and unbonded..I was mad I paged the GM while the beetle was in my house and still green to me was funny actually..well after about 2 hours I retamed it and fed it..it had time to rebond before I got an answer to say the least..was quite comical actually

As well as the second page I had sent about using the crystal ball of knowledge while fishing to get gains and was stuck at 62.5 for about 3 hours of fishing while the ball told me optimal..I fixed the issue myself I bought skills too drop fishing by .01 and soulstoned it off and back on and gains continued after that..oh yea 6 days later I got a response I'm currently at 98.2 fishing

A GM contacted me 3 days after my pageing and I couldn't even remember what it had been about. Luckily he still knew and we had a good laugh about nothing in particular ^^

I paged a GM on a faction guy about some issues I was having with faction gear. Two days later on a different char I got a response so I asked him/her if I could time out to swap chars which we agreed to and I got the item fixed. All in all it was rather nifty and I was not aware that the paging was account bound.

Unfortunately this is an issue that needed a GM as the game thought I was in process with a transfer that had actually completed weeks ago. I wasn't able to log into the shard I left and the message said to page a GM. I find it really sad that there was absolutely no GM to help over the span of a week and 13 plus hours of waiting

But I have to say on the positive side that I emailed Mesanna who fixed the problem immediately - I am so grateful to her and to know that there is somebody who does still care about the players
