GM Queue nullified?

Yesterday on Europa I tried to get GM support. Issued the request, got the initial message and after that - nothing (no acknowledgement, that the request has been received by the GM staff). Only the option Cancel pending request in the help menu did show, that I did not dream to have issued something.
After more than 2 hours I had to log off.

Later in the evening I tested again - had first to cancel the still pending request, started a new one. Same result - only that I did wait less time before logging off.

This is even worse than getting all few minutes the info, that you are number 35 in the queue.

Yeah i know it have to post 3 times last week, to get my problem solved. I have posted at 20 GMT + 1 this should be not to late, and 2 times i got the answer via email "we cant contact you ingame" in the morning at 7.

I experienced something similiar on one of the asian shards two days ago. I believe it's back up and working now...but not 100% sure and it might happen again if the Devs/EA are already aware of the situation.

I've experienced an issue like that in the past and it went on for weeks. Everytime I tried to dry dock my boat it said I couldn't dock it with a cluttered deck. I posted the issue here and finally someone here from EA told me to e-mail them the info and they would see what could be done. A couple of days later my boat was in my backpack.

I had that same issue with help request yesterday.

I've been paging the last few days because I can't do any escort quests, everytime I try to get an escort it says I already have one, which I don't. I've waited a few hours for a GM, then had to log, the next day I had an email saying they couldn't contact me.

And now a second character cannot do the escort quests with the same response!

Yeah they can't contact you because the Queue isn't up and running like it's supposed to be. This is not good. Maybe they don't have enough manpower to handle Queue so they turn it on and off?

Kinda like the phone ringing except you just unplug it from the wall.

Seriously though it's not funny and there are many issues where GM intervention is needed to set things straight and make things right. You get no response whatsoever like the standard you are number so in so in the Queue.

Hopefully the staffing as I joked about isn't really an issue and they are in fact aware that there have been problems with the Queue not responding the last few days.

I got the same emails as well. Doesn't do alot of good when what is needed is in game assistance.
