Rather than to possibly insult someone in a response, I am going to make an official post here involving the items posted. I have received an excessive amount of pms/icqs over the box and ring. Many people asking for buyouts, etc. I don't have any buyouts in mind, however most of the offers made here I would not even consider at a selling price. I think they may just end up back in the house. =|
