GM Med bonus?

I know theres a ten percent manna regen bonus at GM med, but my question is does it have to be Real skill? or do jewels count? I haven't given much thought to this in all my years playing, but now with all the crazy gear i have a few open jewel slots. Thanks for anyones help.

I was thinking the same thing with regards to focus skill. It's used to work out the power of mystic spells. Does have some skill on jewels count here?

Meditation and focus can be boosted with skill items and still get corresponding bonuses.
