Gm locked chests/boxes

Hi i've been having trouble with making gm locked boxes, im currently GM in tinkering and 55 in carpentry.
Ive been making wooden boxes for lockpicking but i can open the boxes straight away without even breaking a pick.
i was hoping for some advice or if anyone could make me aload of GM locked chest/boxes
