GM help call and responce time? Is 3 flat days acceptable??

After pub 81 I did a xfer with a valiant scroll, but it said i could not use that. I called GM help with other option for 3 days in a row several times. I did NOT get any answer at all.

Then I reliaze i had eaten one...well bummer.

Now i have called GM help for 5 hrs to help with a chest, but no response yet.

What is up with gm help? They on vacation? I recon i pay for the service, so they should at least respond or say they wont help me - but no responce is not good. Is it working???

I have not got any notification on email yet that i ever called for GM help. That I used to get insta before.

At least you aren't in the same boat as the guy who got a response a MONTH later. I never get replies anymore, i just suck it up and move along.
