One of the neet things in wow I really miss in UO (there is not many things I miss... I promise) is the global chat system that wow has!
I like the way the chat system works in the new client, but I really miss the global/area chat channels that wow has.
It would be really great with:
- A "city/trade channel" you would automaticly enter when you go to a town
- A "LookingForGroup" channel
- Working "whisper system" - so you can speak private with someone over a distance without being in party with them.
Any chance? I know the whisper system might cause some issues since UO names are not unique like they are in wow.
I wouldnt mind some kind of forced or selfinvented lastname for my chars, so that all chars could have an unquie name
