Global Arc - Intended in Pub 75 or oversight?

Logged on to TC to check out the new event content and in the process found Shirron Argahrok, Carl the Mountain Climber, Adair (Meer) and Erskine (Juka) the Loremasters are all gone. I looked to see if they had just been moved to different locations and could not find them. Anyone else located them?

I looked to see if they had just been moved to different locations and could not find them. Anyone else located them?

I'm on Origin right now and Shirron is where he is supposed to be...not sure if the Publish is active, though?
