As you said, not rare...just a glitch. I have a CC and bod sandals that are the same way. A page to a GM will usually get this fixed.

Well, I wasn't sure how replicate-able the glitch was, so I figured I'd throw it up here and see if anyone wanted it due to it being a necro mark.

So kind of a fake rare I guess.

Sounds to me like it was blessed with a clothing bless deed and its not showing blessed on the item itself.. just my guess, I didn't see it either.
