Glacial Staffs

Just wondering do these things still spawn? Just spent almost an hour killing Ice Serps... and no Glacial Staff??

I think they still spawn, but they pretty rare .

Last I checked they still spawn. The spawn rate is low on the staffs for sure. Wear alot of luck and I'm sure one will drop for ya. I wish the staffs spells still worked.
