I have seen a few regular spellbooks lately that are glacial in color? Where do these come from? How much are they worth? Any Information would be great, ty!!

Glacial Spellbooks??

Changeling dupe item (people used a bug to copy a rare item, but the copy came without the special name, so would just say 'Spellbook' or 'Pike' and so on).
Some say they are worth nothing (it's a dupe, so I agree), market says 5-15m.
