Where exactly did the glacial colored spell books come from?

Im pretty sure that they are one of those items where only one was givin out. I forgot where it came from but i know they were heavily duped. They usually sell for 14mil in luna on Atlantic.

a few years ago there was a dupe involving imprisoned dogs, which would create items with defaulted names [e.g., a spellbook], but retaining any special colors. They exist from an event item being replicated in this fashion (I don't recall the name).
