[Price Check] Glacial blue hair dye price check and question

Hey there, Got a little love from the RNG gods tonight at MEL and pulled this hair dye. In game people have Price Checked it from 30-75, with one offer being at 85. Guess just seeing what it would be worth if I sold. I was thinking of keeping if there is still a dye out there this color or maybe a little duller for armor. If not or if its would cost me an arm and a leg Ill just sell it. Any comments welcome. Looks brighter in came than in picture. Thank you.
