Gift of Life & Compassion virtue???

Any idea if Gift of Life works with your Compassion virtue? Lets say I am using my hiryu to tank for me, if it dies under the effects of Gift of Life and I'm a Knight of Compassion, will it rez with half of its HP?

not sure about pets however if I die while under the effects of Gift of Life and I am a knight of compassion then I do res with ( i think its ) 80% of my HP so I would fathom to think that it works the same way for pets but I have not tried it ( never had a pet die under the effects , always seems to be I forget to cast or its run out when the dang thing takes a dirt nap ) let me know if you find out for sure

We have a few tamers in my guild with spell weaving. I'll check with them once I catch one and we'll find out. I kinda need to help them work up compasion anyhow.

Ok, so acording to our tamer's experience it apears it does but, no one has actualy set out to test it.

So our initial finding based on anecdotal evidence is yes.

Give me a bit to get a pack horse and something with sharp teeth together and we'll have a definate answer after a few more escort quests. Empirical data for the win.

gift of life already rezes you with 50% of your health by defualt with no virtue.
