GGS Gains?

Ok I've been testing some ggs stuff even found an old ggs timer and it seems to me that the times posted arn't correct any more

has the time tables and right now Im at 193.8 total real skill 223.8 with items my real taming is 98.8 on the char im trying to ggs with. so with that in mind...
it should be 5.6 hours per gain... but that hasnt been working for me... i am mind u gaining alot faster then the 27.0 hours if i were above 700 total but it seems that that times are off a bit... or for some reason my clocks don't move at the same rate as the rest of the world... haha But seriously is there any info out there on this?

The GGS times are the maximum, not the minimum.

I understand the ggs system and what I'm saying is the times don't appear to be correct. And I was wondering if there was any info on this... such and the times being adjusted and not updated on the web.

If you actually sat down and timed every gain until the one that went beyond the maximum posted time.. congrats, you get the diligence award.

No new info has been posted if it's been changed.

Ya I have found similar results. It has to be broken. It sometimes takes me almost twice as long as it should according to what is posted. I feel your frustration.

I'm assuming this is in game time, not offline counting. I seriously doubt people have timed the GGS timer.

It's real time, whether you are online or not. The times they post are an approximation and not solid. I'm working on getting my magery from 115-120 so every 10-12 hours I try to get the GG. I have, of course, Soul Stoned almost all of my other skills to minimize the turn-around on the skill gain.

Edit: Just logged in. 326 total skill points on character.

Last gain: 10:30am PST
New gain: 9:40pm PST, first try.
11 hours 10 minutes between gains.

Its a shame it used to be right on time im using davinas ggs timer to keep track just hit it when i gain and it keeps track based on numbers and such but that used to be right on as far as when u would gain its not any more i wish the devs would look at it and give us new numbers or something...
