Getting into Wrong lvl 3

I've completely forgotten how to get into this part of the Wrong dungeon. It's like one large room with a few small chambers attached. I don't think there is any spawn there at the moment.

I seem to remember I used to go there when training lockpicking once - although I believe the boxes there are the static tripple-trapped types. I also think it was the room used last halloween for that big spider monster.

Can someone help me out?

Behind the eastern jail on the first level are two teleporters, take the most westerly one to get down there.
