Getting followed while stealthing again as of last night.

Started getting followed last night doing the Eodon guy by the moongate quest. Tanivar was doing the part of the quest gotten to at the Umbra healers. Just had Lesser Hikyus and a Ronin doing it. Anyone else seeing this?
