I have a friend who just reactivated all 6 of her accts. She got into acct mgmt fine, got everything renewed, all 6 accts say "active". But when she tries to log in to any of the accts, they still won't let her. Any ideas?
Is she using the right passwords? Its not the one she uses for the account management it's the actual passwords for the accounts themselves...... as well make sure she's putting in just her account names not the name with the "_uo" at the end...
Also very important don't put a space after the account name or passwords.
What's the error message? I presume she confirmed in account management that they're now listed as subscribed. Did she try changing her passwords in case she has them incorrect (or worse that they've been compromised)?
That's my suggestion too. And don't be alarmed if she needs to wait maybe a half hour or so before the new password is recognized at the UO login screen. I had trouble a few weeks ago when a newly reset password on an account I had just reactivated wasn't immediately recognized at the UO login screen. It worked, though, when I tried about an hour later.
Which screen is she getting at this point after she tries to log in at the UO login screen--the one you get if you are not putting your password in correctly or the one that says your account is closed for one of several reasons?
I am having the SAME exact problems that you are having right now! It's been an hour and a half already and my account still is not active.. EA owes me free day imo! (FREE MONTH RATHER)
