General Housing Question

I have two characters on a shard:

Frank
Bob

I place a house with Frank.
I delete Frank.

What happens to the house? Decay? Poof? Ownership change to Bob?

I believe ownership is Bob. Since they are same account and same shard, Bob is co-owner status automagically. I don't think the house sign changes, though ... only ownership.

When it comes to housing,its the account that has ownership,and not a specific character. Sure it has "Frank" as the owner but thats just for show.

Bob will retain ownership, but the house sign will continue to say Frank.
