Gender Change

I have an old char with a PBD from AoS, wanted to change him to a her, will it affect the PBD in any way...any personal experiences?

If you use a name change token the PBD will change to that new name. Otherwise, it will function as it always did. However, your AoS clothing won't change its name.

Gender changes won't have any effects on PBDs.
