(Question) Gear Help

Just wondering, where does a returning player need to go to get decent gear now days? I've been digging up all the maps I had stored away when I left 5 years ago, but other then a few rings/braclets it seems like all the gear in the chests is all junk.

I also have no clue what to sell stuff for either. I have recovered numerous MiB and recipes from digging up the chests. Can anyone tell me the going rate for this stuff? Also, does anyone use wands anymore? I know the greater healing wands were big back in the day for pvp.
