Gauging Interest: Alliance Vendor Mall

Located in Makoto-Jima, should show up on those searching websites. Alliance-only for vendor placing, no rent, no fees. (image below)

Rules:
1. No bug/exploit/glitch items, nothing illegal.
2. No crude/offense names or item descriptions.
3. No naked vendors.
4. No Gareth.
5. Vendors need to remain stocked, if one goes barren for 2 weeks a warning will be issued or it will be removed. If the same person does this 3 times, they're out.
6. No HeLlo ThErE type of names, the alternating caps thing is annoying.
7. NO CAPSLOCK VENDOR NAMES.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Opposition? Anyone interested? Would you want a vendor?

Also, house can be re-customized before it officially opens, so if anyone has a layout idea, let me know fast.
