I just charge vendor-default price. I think Gwendar used to give them away for free.

Just seen 3 on a vendor next door to 'crafters corner' (sadly still closed). price 50gp I think, but those selling them should bear in mind that ore elementals now have a chance of including crystalline blackrock among their loot.
