take the quest from the lens maker, furthest building east, holy City:
Get the lantern from the minister of war, East of Royal City in the training area:

Quest items are: Draconic orb, from the fairy dragons etc. Sygian Dragon access key (timed)
Cherry blossom leaves are from the trees at the Isamu Shrine. Must be the trees actually by the ankh - not the ones just outside.
Flaming Bud from the guardian cyclops far end of Cyclops valley, Eastern edge, past the beach. Be careful, these are not super-cyclopean warriors, they're disguised Titans. They cast spells (and carry honey)
