ok so i got the lamp of singularity on my gargoyle...where is the 2nd step?...im brit theyre side by side almost...any help would be appreciated

I completed the lamp quest 3 times now and not a single word about Part B.

Not even a mention that there is one.

The second step in garg quest is to get quest from garg warleader(or somthing).hes outside the city(on east side), in the smallest of three buildings within a walled area
