[Buying] Gargoyle Galleon or Access to the Sea Market?

I would like to buy a Gargish Galleon - is there any public access to the Sea Market on Siege? Anybody keeping a ship there? Or can anybody purchase one for me - I will gladly pay the sum!

You can get there with a normal boat. I can also give you a ride if you catch me while I am on.

I've got a ship parked at the Seamarket, with the key to gate to it on my house mailbox. You'll need to have a rowboat to get to the Seamarket from the ship.
