Can you med with garg earring and necklace, or do you need to add mage armor?

they're medable
At the start the earings and necklas could be looted with the mage armor mod. Due to no runic tink kit the neck and head of gargoyles was limited compared to humans and elves. The mage armor mod was removed making it perma med for them. Those that have the mage armor modded ones have a collectable to place with their leather armor with mage armor mod or leaf armor with nightsite mod.
