Ganking in luna

What are the rules about fighting in Luna?

If you attack a member of an allied guild can they call the guards on you?
Can you loot uninsured items immediately or does the corpse have to turn to bones?
Do most guilds prohibit this practice?

I went afk by the luna gate one day and my journal showed that a member of an allied guild
had attacked me with pet, and later I saw them with my shield which I carelessly left
uninsured. Just need to know the answer to the above questions so I can begin to plot my
revenge, lol.

*I didn't test it but I'm pretty sure the rules haven't changed much*

If they are in an allied guild, I would try to join that guild so you can see when they are on. Learn their alt characters, find out where they live and practice your new found brilliance in Chaos while painting the green fields of grass red with their blood.
