Games Crash after about 5-10 minutes ( not a crash to desktop , everytime) , nothing else does this except Battleforge and Warhammer online , everything is update as far as I know , anyone help me or guide me to best place to fix this?

Things I have done last few days , Bios update , full windows / drivers updates , uninstalled re installed graphics card , still having same problem..

Then I tried all the same with a FULL windows re install , with help from a very good Gateway tech...Still same problem , this all started in early August..

Thank you

When you did a Full window reinstall you installed the same drivers and other software before testing it out with the game? Did you try newer or older drivers from the manufacturer website?
Next thing it keeps pointing to video problem.I assume your video is integrated correct? So it's sharing ram with your pc. Might try a mem test to see if your system crash. Just a couple of options to check first before ruling them out.

From a quick look at the error you keep getting, I'm guessing it's your video card.

Possible causes -

Faulty drivers, VRAM, Shared RAM, GPU, overheating.

Hence Kaiser's request to check the drivers and do a RAM test. Do you have a 2nd video card that you can swap over to test?

I suspect it's an issue when your graphics card needs extra RAM and requests to use the shared RAM .

Did the full reinstall a couple days ago , along with full updates for graphics card and windows , as well as a BIOS update , Ran the windows memory test and found no problems , integrated correct

I'm guessing that also , my big problem is my comp is under a year old , still under a partial warranty ( so dont want to open it up if dont have to) , also I'm thinking if I replace the graphics cards , I will most likely have to replace the power supply also ( pretty sure my comp has a 400 w or less power supply) or wait and see if there is a patch or update from nvidia ( I have seen Nvidia has had problems with last update (I have tried both new and old updates)

Thank you both..

Try the new driver update from NVidia first. But, if you do decide to replace your video card, there are some good options to upgrade while still keeping the power requirements down. ATI makes the HD4770 (about $100) that will work with a 400 watt supply, and I think NVidia also has a newer low-power model. The G120 is the same card as the 9500GT, but re-branded to make it sound more modern, and these newer cards should do better.

You computer doesn't seem like it's running Vista SP2. The bottom information says it is clearly service pack 1. I would try that first. Run the SP2 upgrade...

But the other issue could be that this is an old error...
Wht version of the NVIDIA drivers are you using?

For the latest for your video card
http://www.nvidia.com/object/win7_winvista_64bit_190.62_whql.html
for x64

http://www.nvidia.com/object/win7_winvista_32bit_190.62_whql.html
for x86
I cant tell if you're running x64 or x86 so I provided both links. However I would hope you're running x64
