No. I had issues with server errors while ordering the code. Upgrading the account went through without a glitch.

12:17 EST rules of conduct agreement page will not allow me to proceed with upgrade!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FIX the Darn THING LOL

I can't buy a code at the store, apparently I am over my two week allotment! What kind of rule is that? Anyone know when the EA Store will start selling them?

It just failed for me. I'm don't want to try again until I get my CC statement now.

I tried to purchase a gamecode and it failed for me as well while processing my credit card information. However, at that same moment I received an email delivering my upgrade code. I was able to log into my account and upgrade to SA. So if your attempt failed check your email, your upgrade may have gone through

I thought of that too and immediately checked my email. No luck... I did not get any email.

Just came home from work and called the credit card company. They did charge me for the order but, I still have not got my upgrade code.

i bought stygian abyss from eastore but they havent sent the code yet, it has been an hour. hope they do it soon

I contacted EA support. The guy on the phone was helpful. Shortly after I got this in my EA questions page. It sucks I have to wait so long though.

Response to me:

It was my pleasure to speak with you a few moments ago regarding your missing code for Ultima Online the Stygian Abyss. Unfortunately, at this time, we don't have access to the proper tool to retrieve the code for you. I have escalated this issue over to our tier 3 team so that they can recover and send your code to you. Please allow 48-72 hours for them to research your issue and reply back to you via e-mail. We appreciate your patience as we work together to resolve this issue.

If you have any other questions or concerns while waiting for our response, then please update this incident and let us know. Your reference number for this issue is XXXXXX-XXXXXX.
