You can't purchase them anymore, they are auto redeemed to account buying them... So unless you find someone to purchase the coupon on your account (which is tricky) that will be hard

But then there is also the 30 days buddy GTC that you can get for refering a buddy to the game.
I tried to get 60 days for someone, the page now says:
When you purchase Game Time, 90 days of time will be added to the account you logged into the store with. You will no longer be emailed a code. This upgrade is automatic and will take place soon after your credit card information is verified and the purchase complete.

paybycash does send codes, but it cost more.
Don't know if you will have access to a card in a store near you, but some shops sell the Ultimate Game Card (my local walmart and a gas station in my town both sell them). I don't know where you're located or if they're even sold in your area, but it's worth looking for.
