Game crashing

I do not usually have a problem running UO but today and tonight I have crashed several times. Just wondering if it is just my connection or maybe others with the same problem? Last time irritated me some. I had my unarmed crafter running towards Brit passing by a ogre. Right then I crashed and came back in time to see gray.
Computer runs everything else without a problem .
