Gain Karma from Balrons

Balrons in Blackthorns Felucca used to be my go to spot for gaining karma to stay above 20k even with casting necro spells.

I used to be able to get to 30k in there.

Today I went in with 21k, and get 0 gains.

Not only that, but even with only 6k fame, I only gain 70 at a time. Used to be 200+.

Balrons got nerfed for fame and karma?

Now what do I kill to get karma above 20k?

I will have to check that. They were my to go place to gain karma, fast fame and honour.

Just tested at Legends.
Karma, honour and fame gains are normal at Fel Blackthorn Balrons.
I was getting good karma gains at 28K karma.

I always use Balrons to get Karma, but i fight them in Fan Dencer Dojo. And once i got the same thing - Karma was not increasing (it was on 22k). Another day it went to normal. I don't know what was reason there.

I have solved the mystery, at least for me.

Last night I was in a party, and even though my bud was no where near by, we were just in the party for chatting, it seems I was splitting karma with him.

He said he didn't remember seeing karma gains while he wasn't killing stuff, but then again, he wasn't looking.

I went back this morning, and I now have 29K+ karma.

Is gain on balrons better than on Trasher?

I seem to remember thrasher topping me out at 25k, I could be mis-remembering that though. I find the loot table on balrons to be slightly better though, so there's that. I usually only hit thrasher to farm leather. Take 30 charges of a BoS in there, leave with 16k leather in the bank 40 minutes later.
