FYI - In Game Bug Reporting

When you report a bug in game, no information is generated automatically. It's a message system, even more basic than ICQ. Silly me, I would think that information such as account name, shard, character name, and even some basic system information, would be generated automatically by an in game bug reporting system, but in UO it isn't.

So, when you submit a bug report in game, make sure you include all that information I just mentioned - account name, shard, character name, and basic system specs.

Have you seen the commercial with the two computers taking automated customer service calls and dumping them into the void?

My experience is specifically with the enhanced client, but I'm sure this applies to both clients.
