There is a shop straight to the right of the yew moongate, "Yew Gate Vendor Shop" with 3 vendors, currently named " 7/2 ". The vendor on the far right has one inside the giftbox in her pack. Unfortunately it is 1.5 mil. Its the only one I have seen on my shopping rounds today.
Foiled again, thankee for the notice but someone beat me to the prize.
I will keep an eye out for one in my travels.
