Does a "Faster Casting -1" property affect Chivalry spells for an ABC archer???

It will decrease casting time, but it's up to you if you are bothered by it.
Personally, I want 2 FC, but again, it's personal preference. Some people like to use chiv to heal and therefore need high FC/FCR. Cap is 4FC/6FCR.
