Full Paintings Collection

I'm wondering if there is a list with images somewhere that shows every painting in UO. Maybe one could be built up somewhere if not.

in fact impossible

many paintings are EM rares that would have decayed over time or are in personal collections and could even be in banks for players that have quit or are taking a break

database wise thats a MASSIVE ask

I have a art gallery in my house that has about 50 EM paintings and I have prob about 80 odd non EM event paintings, many of which no longer spawn

what you could do to get it started is to go the races area and with the item id cross reference against all pairing of that type

I would say with confidence it will never happen

there are just too many over the whole lifetime of the game

I would say over a thousand paintings, not including the evil paintings kings collection etc

are you including wall hanging tapestries?

The Stratics Wiki is a good place to start. Once you identify the graphic number, you can then look of the specific graphic and find all the items that use it.

Oh wow...I didn't realize there are EM paintings and such.
I'm mainly just referring to any of the paintings you can acquire normally in game. Not paintings only obtainable for a limited time.

Off the top of my head that would be all ship paintings (fished up and in chests) and the Doom rare (in the Gauntlet) that spawns like once a month or maybe 3 months (cant remember). I don't think there are any normally acquired paintings that aren't EM items, but maybe I'm wrong.

From there... would you consider the anniversary posters we received a year or 2 ago as "paintings" since they would function like a painting but is technically a poster?

There's a lot of paintings! Can buy some with blackthorn points. Many of them stick thru the floor above in CC. That sux on a good one.

Kings collection has some.

With all the fish and Huntsmaster trophies, you run out of space.
