Frying Pan / Pot / Cooking

I have to admit, I am thoroughly embarassed to ask this but....

Where in the heck do you buy a frying pan in this game to cook stuff in?!?!!?? I've tried the tinkers, I've tried the provisioners and I've tried the cooks.... Am I missing something here?

I just wanna cook some ribs damn it!

I'm not even sure you can buy one. I usually have my tinker make mine.

You can buy rolling pins, sifters and skillets from cooks for cooking. (The type of the tool doesnt affect its recipes.)
