I know free accounts are allowed to have property. I also know that free accounts only get size 0. So here’s my dilemma:

I am a paying account, I buy a plot of land, upgrade it to lot size 8, build a house and fill it full of stuff. Ok, what happens if I then go to a non paying account. I know I’ll have only one avatar (my primary) and My lot will be reverted to 0. But will everything that I have on the lot and the building all be deleted? Or will it be “locked” in place, objects, wall’s and all, and If I remove something I will not be able to put it back because of the lot size being 0?

I do know that there was a bug recently that allowed premium players in TC3 who then let their accounts lapse to access 3 of their 6 sims but they just could not page over to the other 3, but that bug has been fixed. When my existing premium account was free I did not own land at the time, so I cannot attest for what would have happened before that bug was fixed to that, but everything I've read on the blog says that you will lose your avatars besides the primary if you go back to free, and that would mean any objects that those avatars own, so chances are even if you got to keep that size 8 lot you'd have to refurnish it since the personal object limit for a property is 100 object tiles, not to mention that you could only have a residence lot, store before you let the account lapse, otherwise when it lapsed you would not even be able to get back on your own property.

It's too much to give up unless you just absolutely have to for RL financial reasons. Bills and such always have to come first, but barring that the perks outweigh the loss of the $10 a month, IMO.....especially if multiple members of your household are playing.
