Friendship lists bugged?

Has anyone noticed the friendship top 100 the #2 most famous has 176 friends yet #3 has 467 friends and there are other examples on the list.

The #1 meanest sim has 1 enemy yet the #2 meanest has 2 and the #41 meanest has 17 enemies.

Right it would have been more fun if this list had been cleared and then the devs said: "NOW Go! Befriend or unfriend as many people before Monday".
