How do a 'friend' someone so she can acces a container in my house? I see no friend option on my house menu, like where it used to be.

Thanks allready.

right, found it, it just doesn't seem to work...
You both need to be near the sign - about 2 tiles max away I think. Once friended, then make sure door security allows friends to enter, then when setting secures, select the friends option in the gump.

I believe the house sign has a friends option ... then you have to select "Add a frioend" or something like that. Target the person.

Thats what it used to be.

We were both at the house sign.

The option is now called 'add acces', clicked it, and clicked my friend, but she didnt show up, and couldnt open the containers, that we're set to friend.

We thought that maybe it was a new system and that you now could friends people via your friendlist in the right bottom of the main screen. But trying that actually got us both stuck in some kind of purple lettered party speak.

Anyway, we'll try again tonight. Thanks.

Are you using KR and is the house public? I had to switch back to 2d to friend a character to a public house. KR requires that you grant access before you can friend or co-own a character, but when the house is public it doesn't let you grant access because everyone already has access. Alternatively, you could make the house private to grant access and friend them (and then switch it back later), but not if you have vendors.

If you only want them to have access to one container rather than everything, double check all the container access levels.

Jafanarae,

That must be it. Kinda dumb system huh? (still loving KR anyhow!)

Thanks for explaining!
