Where do I go to take the quest to get the "friend of the fey" or "summons fey scroll" AS A RED.

no you cant, but you can do the fiend quest to summon imps. It in the back of sactuary.

Is there a big difference between the imps and the pixies?
Being attackable anywhere is enough. In my opinion the time limit should be reduced from 24 game hours per count... that is just insane.
Reds are attacked by everyone, everywhere they go (not that I don't like that of course) but that is their consequence for going red.
I wonder what off the wall penalties you would impose on someone for being red...

Its 40 per count, not 24. Not that it would really matter. My one red is @ 1100 counts, and my archer is at 500+, I do think they are stuck that way.
i believe i have a few summon fey scrolls or even trade you books on Great Lakes if that is where you play

You can only use summon fiends or summon fey spells if you take their respective crash courses in spell management at their respective cities.
The imps do the same damage, but they play like they're on "dial up" compared to the feys using "cable".
Think about it.
The summon fey quest starts in Heartwood and reds can't go to Heartwood, and since that's the ONLY place to get the summon fey quest and a red can't go to Heartwood, then a red can't do the summon fey quest.
To do it, you have to do it on a blue char before you go red.
Point is you can't. Oh and btw there's a Heartwood gate in Fel, but reds can't go in. WTF's the point of that even being in fel then?

Pointless even having reds in the game these days. If Fel is supposed to be the "open" non-con PvP area of the game, then there shouldn't be any restrictions. Either remove the restrictions or don't bother having reds as a character type. Simples.

You sure you need to do the quest, or is it enough to have a book with that spell? I think you just need the spell in your book...

You must forge a friendship with the fey (do the quest)
You must demonstrate mastery to summon a fiend (do the quest)
You can have a full spell weaving spel lbook but if you haven't done the quests you can't cast certain spells
Reds have never been able to do the summon fey quest, the solution is to stone all your skills on the red, delete the char, create a new char, buy all the 120 powerscrolls, do the quest on a blue then turn red, you're then able to use summon feys on a red. Sorry no other way.
