I know I am a bit prejudiced toward FCB but Bravo fisherfolk once again. they have been providing such runes since I can remember, how many of us said to ourselves ... what can I do for Great lakes Today ?

There are runes to FCB at the Majestic Oaks Auction house I believe one in the books in the lobby and also at the Library just a screen away from the auction house closer to vesper. (there's a rune to the library on the counter in the lobby of the auction house also)

If you don't find them, stop in at auction and ask a staffer.. some one may be able to send you a gate.
