NEWS Free Guild Pages (Cross-Posted)

Stratics is excited to announce free guild page hosting on Stratics Forums! These pages offer a variety of features, as described below. Additionally, we continue to work with the addon author to develop new features, including the recommended features noted below.

Current Features

• Branding: profile cover, avatar, banner, vanity URL (e.g., stratics.com/community/guilds/MYGUILDNAME)
• Tabs: Information, Members, Photos, Files
• Fields: Description, Rules, Membership Requirements, Shard/Server, External URL
• Walls: Public Wall, Member-Only Wall, Leader-Only Wall
• Page Privacy:
  • Open: Anyone can view the guild, its members, and what is posted to the Public Wall
  • Closed: Anyone can view the guild and its members. Only members see what's posted
  • Secret: Only members can see that the guild exists and who is a member
• Membership Approval:
  • Option 1: Anyone can join
  • Option 2: Users must apply to join and be approved by leader
• Post Approval:
  • Option to require all posts to be approved by a leader
  • Option to allow only members to post to the Public Wall--not the general public
  • Option to allow non-members to post to the Public Wall

I resurrected The Company of Strangers Guild on Lake Superior to test out the new guild pages options. Very user friendly and easy to maintain. Thank you @Taylor!

I'm loving the constant stream of good news and improvements towards UO as of late. Even something as small as putting up a way for guilds to advertise is great to see.

Three so far. How about some township pages? Or some RP guilds? Any community of players can create a page, even social groups unrelated UO! Say, Cinnamon Roll Lovers Anonymous, right @Sauteed Onion?
