For all those people on Lake Superior that chose to take up lockpicking as a skill and are regretting it. there is a rune library outside of Trammel Cove with stacks of locked boxes of all different levels that are there just for lockpicking. I was stuck at about 55 or so with my lockpicking when i found this place and with these boxes i managed to get to 80 in a matter of a couple hours. hope this helps all that are having problems at least on LS.
