Forgotten acct details. Different email address.

Hi I wanted to reactivate my account but I can't remember my exact login details ( I believe it's case sensitive? ) and I don't have my old email adress either.

Am I SOL?

Most likely you are unfortunately. If you have the original CD with the activation code, perhaps the old billing address and some other information they can release it to you, but I am sure you can understand why they may choose not to.

Other factors that may help; you are the original owner of the account, It has not been active since YOU last paid/played and it has not been "used" by another person with different name and billing info.

Give customer support a call at (866) 543 - 5435. Have all the info you can possibly get ready when you call.

Things that can help to have.

Original account code-key.
Any upgrade code-keys used.
Knowing the original e-mail address (even if it is no longer accessible).
Knowing the original credit card used on the account.
Knowing the last credit card used on the account.
Knowing the original billing address on the account.

Possibly more.

Any or all will help - and yes, it is possible to reclaim the account so do not give up now.

For most circumstances, yes. Consider looking into some sort of Voice over IP method that would allow you to call the US over the internet for free or at much lower rates than conventional landline.

However, with you having Hokuto in your name, if you're in Japan, there MIGHT be a call center for you - Japan and North America appear to have the only two large sets of permanent UO staff (Europe & Oceania go through the US; not sure how customer service is handled for the ROC & ROK). Check the Japanese UO official site to see if you can find a contact phone number for customer service. There is the matter, though, that all shards log in through a server in the US, even if the shard itself is located in the Eastern Hemisphere, which is why I'm unsure if the Japanese UO staff can help.

I have never tried it myself, so not sure it will work, but you might try their online chat customer support system.
