Forget all game content updates and expansions! The #1 priority of the team should be the improvement of the tracking of duplicated items and the eradications of all duplicated items and bugs to create them. Who cares about any content or expansions in a game where you can't buy or sell anything for fear of being banned for duping, not to mention the impact on the economy. Yes many many duplicator accounts were netted with the current method, which I like the call "fishing with dynamite", but some innocent players were also harmed due to this method. If just one single innocent account is banned, your defeating the purpose of banning in the first place, which is supposed to be to protect the innocent players. Let's face it, the bannings don't really effect the big dupers, the ones who know what they are doing, I'm sure they had new dummy accounts ready to go before Monday.
No I wasn't banned, but after reading all these threads of folks that were (and yes I know not all claiming to be innocent are) it makes me think;
"No my account wasn't banned this time, but what about when the next hot dupe comes along? Maybe you or I won't be so lucky, and end up on the receiving end of an unjustified ban in which no amount of dispute forms can help you."
I'm curious to see if EA-Mythic is going to stick with this 'Banned Now - Dispute Later' mentality, or are they going to put the time and resources into actually fixing the problem right so that this kind of thing won't happen again.
