Is there any way to manually force a character title (be it overhead, subtitle, etc) to refresh?

Force titles to refresh

What I mean is that I use the menus to change my titles and it takes a long time to update them. Sometimes this same thing happens when I travel between facets; the delay can be hours at times. Any ideas?
It's probably a server issue then...
