For the love of God, Help me find my account...

So I've had the same account since 98. It's been on the same bank card since probably 2002ish. I need to update the card. I can log intot he game just fine ect. But that insane maze that is Mythics website is impossible. There are like 17 'master' usernames you need, and when you click on support, you get a 404 message...

Someone here must have a PhD in the redardedness that is the account management page. Oh, it probably doesn't help that i have NO idea what email address my UO account is attached to. I swear it was one of my two main accounts, but it doesn't show up on the only Mythic account I can actually log into. (come to think of it, my main email address says I have plenty of UO accounts, but Mythic claims I only have one trial account).

Okay your master account name is also your EA account name and your Origin account. okay UO accounts should be attached to the master account name. My advice, email Mesanna or if you are very, very brave go through Help.ea.com and have them give you a call back. Thing is when you say Ultima Online they're going to start saying they don't handle that, Broadsword bought it. Okay that's mostly true, Broadsword bought the game but EA still handles the billing. (I wish Broadsword would open their own billing dept. I have accounts receivable/payable experience . I'd gladly relocate to VA and finish my degree there.) Do not let them shirk their responsibility. They should be able to help you you via EA help. However will they is another ball of wax.

I sent a message to Mesanna, thank you. I was able to update the passwords of the mythic accounts via "forgot passowrd", however, that doesn't give you the username, and you can't log in with your password. Seriously, are they trying to make us go away?

By the way, I remember from a while back that a revamp or changing of the Account Management could have come given all of the many complaints from players. Does anyone know if an update on this has ever been released ?

Will UO players finally have a different, and BETTER AND EASIER to use Account Management page ?

is your 'main email address' that you have plenty of uo accounts on the same one mythic shows only one?

If not try this
give this 'main email address' as your EA account name and claim lost password.

The secret question/answer necessarily must be more important than any billing information. If someone gives/sells a master account, and the receiving party did not change the secret question/answer, then the original owner can steal the account back, and I do mean "steal." We went over this on the forum somewhat recently, with a certain individual complaining that two years after giving an account away, he couldn't just snag it back.

The secret question/answer is the penultimate resort for access. Be sure to write it down and throw it into a safe or something.

That's in fact better as a general security principle, because it gives no hints to someone who might otherwise sniff/phish/guess other information.

I've asked the same question. I guess we had to setup a secret word when they moved over to the HORRIBLE mythic crap. I along with others can't remember when or what I set. I must of been busy having a real life at the time. If you login to origin.com and have a look about there is option to set I think three different secret question things. If these are the UO ones I'm not sure.

Mine was set up when the new accounts system came in and I was asked to set one. I worried too that I couldn't remember what the heck it was, but the only time it's ever come up I was given the secret question to which it belonged. np.

i just turned on an old account of mine i setup in 2005 to hold crap and do bod runs.

on setting it up it prompted me with the question.. which i new the answer.

but the q and a for that account was setup in 2005.. before the new system. my other two older accounts never prompted such a question.. so i presume they are far to old.. and that was never setup... (circa 97-99)..

you need the email address that was first put on your EA account. in order to get into the mythic acc, I think. Was much easier when they would take calls from ppl then they stopped and made it very difficult
